We are delighted to announce that GST has been selected as a finalist in the MassChallenge Sustainable Food & Materials Challenge 2026.

This recognition confirms our commitment to actively shaping the transition toward more sustainable food systems through innovative biotechnological solutions. At the heart of our research and development are yeast-based cocoa butter equivalents (CBE). Using modern biotechnology, we are developing sustainable alternatives to conventional cocoa butter that can help reduce pressure on agricultural resources while enabling a reliable, scalable raw material supply for the food industry.
