The event offered an excellent platform to present innovative food concepts to an expert audience from industry, research, and gastronomy. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together with <strong>Ludovic Gerboin<\/strong>, GST presented selected product developments based on <strong>yeast oil<\/strong>, impressively demonstrating the potential of fermentation-based lipids for high-quality food applications.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Presented Product Creations<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83e\udd68 Pretzel with yeast oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83e\udd56 Spelt wholemeal sourdough bread with yeast oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83c\udf6b Chocolate pralines with yeast oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The presented products showed how biotechnologically produced lipids can be successfully integrated into various baked goods and confectionery, meeting both functional and sensory requirements.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Valuable Exchange with the Food Community<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Berlin Food Night offered numerous opportunities for professional exchange with experts from the food industry as well as with innovation-interested visitors.
